VACANT LOT LOANS

We have institutional and private lenders who will loan for vacant residential or commercial California lots.

• For Single family home vacant lot loans for borrowers with good credit and documented income, our lenders will loan up to 70% of the purchase price of the lot, provided it is within city limits and has utility connections to its boundary. These loans are for up to 20 years and can roll directly into a construction loan and thereafter a take- out loan, at competitive rates.
• Borrowers with challenged credit or income can also obtain a Private Party loan from us for up to 50% of the purchase price or land value of the property in San Diego County, provided it is within city limits and has utility connections to its boundary. These loans are only 1 and 2 year loans. The interest rate and fees on these loans are a little higher.
