contacts, state disclosures and guidelines, processor lists and

- Have you lost a loan because you could not do the real estate
transaction? Through Academy Funding you can sell real estate as
well as handle the loan or you can contact one of our in-house realtors
to work with you and collect commission on the real estate as well
as the loan.
- You earn 100% commission up to $5,000.00 with Academy Funding
keeping only $495.00 per loan.
- For commissions over $5,000.00, per transaction, Academy
Funding will receive 10% of only that amount in excess of $5,000.00.
- For Real Estate transactions there is an additional fee
of $240.00 per transaction.
- We have no production minimums.
